HydroTECH solutions are used to proactively treat
water and reduce or eliminate scale in extraction
and process environments. HydroTECH includes
chemistries that neutralize various salt complexes
present in produced and make-up water and those
pulled from the formation during the extraction
process. These chemistries also attack various
scale deposits to reduce or eliminate their effect
on flow rates. HydroTECH is one of three main
components in ENTECH's TST process and minimizes the
fouling impacts of various salt complexes
experienced within the production system and
formation.
HydroTECH technologies first break apart salt
complexes into individual ions, then chelates those
ions. These newly chelated ions are flowable
and rendered inert as the water is pulled through
the formation, well system, and processing
environment.
